Money you can use now — three programs
01 — $20,000 instant asset write-off, now permanent from 1 July 2026: laser levels, stilts, sheet lifters, scaffold, trailer, tools — anything under $20,000 per asset, written off in the year you buy it. (This one's shown in full so you can judge the quality.)
02 — an industry fund that pays 75–100% of course costs for building-industry workers — tickets, licences, and the qualification pathway. The current funding window closes date.
03 — program: five hours of one-on-one digital advice for $110.
If you take on an apprentice — four programs, $20,000+ combined
01 — program: $10,000–$16,000 for a first-ever apprentice, with plastering qualifications named on the eligible list. Capped statewide, first come, first served — open now.
02 — program: up to $10,000 to the apprentice and $5,000 to the employer.
03 — program: half the apprentice's wage paid while they're away at block training.
04 — program: course fees covered entirely.
