Depending on the organisation and round, community funding may support:

Strong community applications
Assessors generally need to understand the demonstrated need, who benefits, how many people are affected, why the proposed solution is appropriate and whether the organisation can deliver it.
Replace broad claims such as “the whole community needs this” with available participation figures, waiting lists, service data, consultation results or partner evidence.
Keep the final decision human
